Questions
- What does fair use mean?
- Unlimited forms and responses for running your business, club or project, however busy. Limits exist to stop spam, resold accounts and machine-generated traffic, and the numbers are on the fair use page. Read the fair use policy →
- Is Pro priced per person?
- No. One subscription covers the whole team. Invite as many colleagues as you need, with roles, at no extra cost.
- Can I cancel any time?
- Yes, from Settings, in a click. Pro stays on until the end of the period you paid for, then the account moves to Free.
- What happens to my forms if I stop paying?
- Nothing is deleted. Forms, responses, files and workflows stay. Pro features switch off: the Nextforms badge returns, a custom domain stops serving until you upgrade again, and new approval steps cannot be published.
- Do you take a cut of payments?
- No. You pay only Stripe's own processing fees. Nextforms adds no commission on any plan.
- Where is my data hosted?
- In the United States, over encrypted connections. You can export or delete a form and its responses at any time.
